The prices quoted on www.seomybrand.com are in USD$ and do not include government taxes (GST) and provincial taxes (GST) that are applicable in Canada or elsewhere. The taxes levied for the services will be included in the final billing.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.

Product and service guarantee and returns

You acknowledge that SEO my brand may immediately terminate your Account. SEOmybrand reserves the right to change the fees charged for it's services and payment methods at any time. You may terminate your Account at any time by sending us an email, however, you will not be refunded any Service fees already paid to SEOmybrand upon such termination. Any refunds will be at the discretion of SEOmybrand

Any party to the contract can terminate the contract by emailing the termination request, the termination falls into effect once both parties have received the termination request.

However SEOmybrand or www.seomybrand will not be responsible for any refunds or any money that has been paid for its services before the termination.
